Fellow BMW nerds, I have the Peake code tool. I have been able to use this to read codes with no problem. However, I have not been able to clear codes.

Example - had a CEL / code which prompted new spark plugs. New spark plugs went in, no more CEL. However, when I run a scan, the old code still shows.

Does the Peake tool have the ability to delete that code?

Thanks in advance for your help.

It does. I forget exactly, but you basically hold down one of the buttons for several secs and it will clear.

"cE" means clear error codes, got that from the little manual that came with it. And then you have to log at least 100 miles before you can be sure the code has not returned.
