If anyone has a USED passenger dash trim in silver cube finish, please let me know... I can't buy new because it won't match my faded silver cube (it'll be darker).

Yeah, I installed a new (late '10 trim piece) on my center dash, and from the driver's side I cannot tell that it's a different shade. It's a safe assumption you won't be able to tell about the passenger dash either. However, it's clearly a different shade from the passenger's viewpoint. Not sure if that matters to you... I can take pics next time if you're interested.

Yeah, absolutely matters to me. Once I buy that trim piece, I'm not touching it again, so I believe in "fix it right". Need a trim piece that matches perfectly, and as long as it's aged, it's good enough.

The only other option is to buy entirely new trim, which can only happen if I sell my existing silver cube AND black cube to make up for it. I wouldn't feel comfortable doing that, for multiple reasons. One main one is how I acquired my silver cube in the first place; it wouldn't be right.

Please do take a pic though, to help illustrate the difference between the old and newer trim. Thanks!

It does drive me nuts if I'm sitting in the passenger seat. Sticks out like a sore thumb. My garage is not lighted and I only have the camera on my phone:

You really can only tell from one angle (from the right side). It's much less irritating from the driver's seat:

If I could choose between the colors for the entire set, I think I would go with the newer one. The cubes are more pronounced and the color adds depth.

I can't tell from the pics, but if you say you can notice a difference from the passenger seat, then it would definitely bug me. All the more need for a used one...

So, bump... anyone have one? :(
