Peake Research codes my ZHP is giving me

She is talking to me, my 2004, I need to listen..... getting the following codes and Peake descriptions:

28AE torque limit
2882 Mixture preparation Bank 1
2883 Mixture preparation Bank 2

My guesses are perhaps check/clean the MAF and check the lower intake boot for leaks? Have no idea what the first one is.

Google says the first code could be internal DME error. Reset, drive, and see if you throw a code again.

The others could be a tear in the intake boot.

Google the codes.........gee whiz I shoulda tried that.....doh! I was stuck on the short description from Pip and at least our thinking is in line. thanks Pip.

just to close.....it turned out to be the usual deterioration of the snorkel tube on the Y intake tube. Wow, what PITA to get the old one off.....amazing.

Intake boot would be giving you misfire codes. at least that's all I got from it.

yeah check engine light came on, and the codes above were available.........
