New Wheels, New Season, New Photos!

Yes ladies and gentlemen; it has been a long winter for those of you in Canada. I finally got a chance to try on some new wheels for the car! Since I can't push the cash for some special wheels, I thought I'd play around with OEM. This is what I came up with!

E38 M-Parallels Style 37

Front
8x18 - et13
215-40-18

Rear
9.5x18 - et25
215-40-18

I had to raise the rear end almost 1.25 inches and roll the fenders to make them fit.

I'm not happy with the current tire size for the rear - will be getting fender work done to fit a 235/40/18 on the back.

I like the wheels and the fitment however imo the car has too much rake.

I say some new front headlight lenses and some new fogs and your overall appearance will be dramatically improved!

Agree'd. Wheel's wouldn't fit other-wise. I'll get that low again soon.

Are you going to cut the fenders next or just try to pull them ?

I am on HSD coils. I don't know what would yield the cleanest results yet. I was hoping to pull. But depending on how aggressive my demands are - I don't think they are - we might have to cut.

Love the way the wheels look but I agree that the rear tires look too skinny. I'm surprised just how much I like the wheels on the zhp. And OEM wheels ftw.

I'm a huge fan of 135 style wheels zhps come with and it would take a lot to convince me to change them to something else but these babies are just delicious. Deep dish and a proper drop, priceless.

+1 on new lenses and fogs, can't you hear it begging you for a face lift? :)
