I put in some Liqui-Moly Molygen 5W-40

And it made the engine noticeably smoother and nicer, and so far the engine has not exploded.

I loosen/remove the top & side sections, trying to leave the best seal possible at the bottom as that is where the water comes in to flood the carpet!
