WANTED: Euro Coder in San Fernando Valley

I’m looking for anyone based in San Fernando Valley or anywhere near the area who knows how to code Euro LKM’s compatibility into a USDM E46, as I’m looking to deactivate the corner lights and activate the rear fogs. Please let me know if anyone can do that. Thank you.
