I just did my taxes and added up how much is costs to drive my car taking into account insurance, fuel, & maintenance which was the lowest. It costs me about $0.40/mile to drive! Now that puts the low price of transit into perspective!

Wow...i feel lucky. I have about a 45 mile (highway) commute to work and I average 30-32 mpg weekly. I get about 460-480 miles out of a tank on average.

Holy Shit. I get 19 mpg average. All city driving. Stupid Automatic. I just got gas and went 279 miles on a FULL tank. Then put in 15.1 gallons. Thats 18.5 mpg.
Im gonna have to start :ronald to work.
55 miles to work...one way.
45 mile roundtrip each day for work plus "spirited" driving after work and such and I am averaging 27mpg. Drove to Wilmington, NC and got 32.4mpg at 75mph
I'm almost done with my current tank. Should see how the aFe affects my mileage this next tank.
Im at 27mpg. I drive about 30 miles highway to work one way everyday.
I also drive very spirited, peddle to the floor and 5 to 6 grand a lottttttt
How big are the tanks in these cars?
I think its 16 gallons.
With all city driving and a little less than 1/2 tank used, OBC says 22.4 mpg on this fill up.
It's off by about 1 mpg. True number is ~21 mpg in the city.
WTF? I never get more than 250 miles out of a tank. Do the convertibles have smaller tanks or something?
William.
