I think I saw a black zhp sedan driving east on the ICC yesterday at a little before noon somewhere between the I-95 and Route 29 exits. I was driving west and only noticed it for a hot second. I believe it had tinted windows, and the factory tail lights (R/Y/R) but I didn't catch any other distinguishing features.
NewJack; I for sure that it was you, but I know you have the LED tails on your ride. I'm not sure who else around our area has a black sedan.

Besides I don't have tints on my windows yet. I did, but MD failed them at 29% and the legal limit is 30%.
I saw a Silver Grey ZHP with what looked like either spaced stock or different wheels, lowered (I think), and ambers. Anyone? It was going south on Route 52 around 3:15.
