Could be, looking at the side markers that's a pre-LCI coupe. I believe ZHP models are available only on LCI.

first two pics were saturday morning... the imola ZHP got winter-prepped friday night - it was looking pretty good. my friend john was over to help with our house reno and man, what a good sight - 4 E46s with gloss black shadowline trim in the driveway. :) and it was 62ºF outside!
the last pic was 32hrs later. first snow of the year, and a balmy 25ºF. WHY?!?! had to get my snows on yesterday morning. the car is now filthy, slushy and salty. blech. i had to shovel my driveway this morning - drifts of 1' in some places.
