If they still make it, I would highly recommend a Slik 330 DX Pro for the best sub-$100 tripod. I still have mine (if you're interested) but a D700 with vertical grip and lens is close to its max weight.Quote:

Yeah, it performs pretty well. The size is the main reason for going with a mirrorless cameria. The autofocus is supposed to be pretty good in these cameras. I also like the telephoto lens that came in the kit.Quote:
