Took Colin's car for damage repair estimate. Now the lady that backed into him is changing her story. :-/ ...she backed up and stopped and THEN he ran into the back of her...

Those are cool but for the same price you could of got this bad boy! It makes taking off the hose clamps easy!

Of course. That's what a teacher from Walkers high school did to us last year. She backed into him, in Walmart parking lot. Got out and saw it was him, and said he backed into her.

Sucks. USAA is in our side and said they almost has StateFarm convinced. I hoping when the responding deputy is back on duty Wed he can help. He would not write a report for some reason, even when I suggested she might change her story. He said the estimated damage was <$2k so he didn't need to. Well next time I will insist.

Finally did a hand wash. It's been about 3 weeks since it got last washed. Had to get it in since it was about 50 degrees after work. The rest of this week and next week is looking a LOT colder. :(

I definitely would insist. I've never been in a collision with another car but the first time it happens I'm definitely pushing for a police report.

Cop just handed us two forms and said for us each to fill in personal, vehicle and insurance info and swap the forms. If we didn't send them to our insurance company to verify coverage and they in turn send them to the DMV within 15 days our licenses could be suspended. I think he was mostly wanting to move on to something more exciting.
