Numbers I saw were in the 29lbs range for the 18" CH. That's 4-5lbs heavier than 135s.

I do not agree. They are tough as fawk.
The previous owner bent the shit out of them by sliding sideways into a curb (and not telling me about it). The wheel guy who fixed them for me even said that the only reason he was able to even fix them is because they are a high quality wheel. He said cheaper wheels would've been trash-worthy at that point.
Now, they're as round and true as any brand new CH.
Noice. The weight reduction in unsprung weight does have a positive and noticeable impact on ride quality and performance. I love my 17 lbs ARC8s for that reason. It'll also be nice to see some other style wheels around here (especially on an already unique Estoril coupe). That's not that BBS CH and APEX ARC8s aren't great looking wheels.

our (meaning friends) zhp's are not track cars but then I'm parked inside the speedway.. oh yes those are CH's that are heavy as hell but looks good enough to keep =)
