I dunno, it's pissing me off. The passenger side low beam does not fire up. I have had to fall back on my old trick of unplugging the driver's side until the passenger side kicks in. I guess the next step is to clean all my grounds.

It doesn't, I'm just saying that is the technique for resetting it. It might solve your issue and since it's easy to do you might as well try

Anxious to hear how your test drive went/goes. My desire for the wagon was quenched when I found a pristine 07 530xiT, BSM/Auburn with sport, premium and winter packages and only 30k on the clock. I looked at the e9x wagons a good bit but never found one close by....the manual would certainly make it more fun. All that being said, even though my wife drives the manual ZHP we have, I occasionally get in it to romp around. Love them both!
