Just installed the side bolsters to my drivers seat. Still got a lot of work to do to get everything 100% perfect. Going to replace the foam and alcantara when I get a chance to order some and have a second seat to actually have time to send it to a upholstery shop. I think I'm the only person on here with alcantara and side bolsters/lumbar support. More mods coming and it's not some you guys would likely try. :)
I have Alcantara and lumbar. Is that what you mean? Looking forward to your progress Tony.

That was the very first retrofit I done when I was rear ended and picked up my ZHP two years ago. Still working on the case now and hopefully it comes to a close soon. Can't believe that it took two over two years. Now I have side bolsters as well. :)
Don't mind how dirty things are. Will be cleaning everything up and getting new alcantara eventually for the upholstery shop.

We all have side bolsters, Tony... :biggrin
he probably meant LOWER side bolsters, a-la Recaros.
i honestly pulled that out of my a**
:rofl
Tony said via message that he installed the adjustable side bolsters, the E9x style. Showed a pic of the button installed just in front of his lumbar support button...
E46 style ///M style :)
E90s are not active side bolsters as you thought BP. Just verified with my manager who owned one. Only the v10 m5 had active ones.
