I bought $ 134 in parts for my e90: washer pump windshield plus two trunk struts. I will visit a body shop for installation. They have very good prices. For example: $ 40 to install a window regulator. My indy wanted like $ 150 just for the labor.

that's actually not true, almost every E9x i've seen has adjustable kidney bolsters. it was a rare option on E46 M3 coupes (i am hopefully picking up a set of these on monday!!).
i've don't have a skinny upper body (6'1" 190lbs w/ athletic build), but a 32" waist and the ZHP seats are pretty lousy at holding me in place, too. i sat in an F30 328i and checked out the adjustable kidney bolsters - man, that is what i need! i'm looking forward to picking up said M3 seats above next week!

I looked in the 2006 brochure. This is included in the 2006 330i with sports pack:
"8-way power front sport seats with adjustable back bolsters, 2-way manual headrests and thigh support driver memory for exterior mirror and seat positions."
Maybe we are talking about the same features, after all.
No BP is talking about active bolsters which squeeze you when you go into corners. They all have adjustable bolsters which is the easy part. I'll document the install on my next side.
