Helped a buddy put a lightweight flywheel/clutch and headers on his cooper s (never again).
Put an order in for plugs and ccv for my car.
New winter shoes for the pending white stuff.
The studs do make it a lot easier. now I have an air wrench on my wish list.
I left the 15 mm rear spacers on.

Swapped over to my snows, which I would've done this weekend, but one was totally flat and I thought it may have had a leak (just bought these used a few weeks ago). Used the M18 Fuel 1/2" gun I got on Saturday, which is an awesome tool. Going to check the pressure again before I leave for work tomorrow, hopefully all still have air. Looks like I may have a bad passenger front wheel bearing though, one of the Conti's has some pretty bad scalloping on the inside edge.
