Investigated why I had standing water in my passenger floor board [emoji102]
Apparently my weather stripping got folded over by the side mirror and allowed water to get in last night during the rain storm at my parnets house.
I also thought it was the sunroof drain hose which also is a common cause of water in the floor boards! Ugh! That was checked and all connections were intact.
I used the brakes to not hit a kid.
This is what I think on a regular basis. :(
How nice it would be to use our 3 car garage for... you know, cars. :shifty
Yeah, didn't you know? I do J-turns all the way to work. ;)
I actually have 25W CREE amber LED bulbs in my turn signal housings, which is why Derek brought it up. When I had my OE business radio installed (with the radio on), I got static from the speakers whenever the turn signals were on, and the static went in and out with the blinking of the lights. It didn't do it 100% of the time, but 95% maybe. Now, with the Eonon unit it, I get almost nothing but static, so I don't use the radio anymore. Problem solved, right? :shifty
I also got the CREE LED Clear Front Turn signals from Bimmian. CREE LED Reverse, License Plates LED, Side Panel LED and all Interior LED. The only time I have static interference on turn signals is when I am on AM listening to talk radio only. BTW, the BMW AM reception suck. Or better word....Crap.
Also placed an order of getting new shoes on four corners. Nothing special since this is a DD. Old shoes getting too loud on road noise.
Ordered stuff to replace CCV. So now I have the thermostat and the CCV to do.
Anybody here have any Loctite 5970 they are not using laying around? Thanks.
