Nice! HOA's do Suck!
Moving in September because the neighbor issue has been so bad. It's insane really. First and last time for the HOA experience.
Yeah, HOAs can really suck. I will never live at a place where there's an HOA.... you have to pay in (dues) and then they have the nerve to tell you how you're gonna live at your home. The heck with that foolishness....

Seeing what you have to endure from all this bull crap is the main reason I will never ever live in a place that has an HOA. I refuse to be told how I can live in my own home.
