I have this part in my garage but haven't had time to tackle this swap....

ok, so to expand in my quick post yesterday: About 2 weeks ago the check engine light popped up and went off real quick, so I thought I need to go get it checked out. I also started to notice a noise coming from my wheels that I thought was probably a wheel bearing going bad. Made an appt for last Friday to take my car into the stealership since my cousin is a tech there and he would work on my car himself. This was Friday 2 weeks ago.
FF to Thursday last week, blackout in SD. Call the dealer on Friday morning, they're all good so I take my car in. They inspect and find a bad rear drivers side bearing, fault code was a bad thermostat. My cousin also saw my vacuum hose from the brake booster wasn't looking to good so I had them fix that too. I thought its probably gonna be an all day job but I forgot to consider that there are probably cars left over from the day before that haven't been finished.
Finally yesterday at 4pm I get my car back. Now some people have and some don't have the aftermarket warranties on their car, I am on that does cause I had enough experiences with my E32 where I knew it would probably be worth it. Hell, I paid for it and haven't used it yet so I might as well get something out of it. Unfortunately the warranty doesn't cover hoses so the vacuum hose was on me, but my CCA discount helped a little. Cost of fixing the vacuum hose was $226. The warranty did however cover the thermostat (and new coolant) and bearings, total cost to me on those was a $100 deductible. So for a little over $300 I got over $1000 worth of work done at the dealer.
One issue though... thanks to the fact that my car spent the weekend probably baking in the sun of east county my stupid auto dim mirror decided to come back to life. The fluid 'ran out' probably a year ago and it became just a mirror and I got used to it, never changed or repaired it. Well now that its come back the areas where the fluid has reemerged have a weird reflection that makes things look kinda like you're watching a 3D movie. I guess now I need to either replace it or get it fixed. Does anybody have experience with getting Sybesmas to fix their mirror?

With all the talk of attempted thievery and having moved to a new area I decided to add the Bimmian painted keyhole cover. The install wasn't quite as easy as I thought it would be but I'm glad to add another level of protection to the ZHP.
No experience with Sybesmas but I've read that these guys do a good job. Looks like the price is reasonable too.....

I think they're both about the same price, but I do like the built in radar detector from the company on the link you put.
