I was planning on doing the G.A.S. rebuilt kit tonight, but when i went to pull out the DISA it disintegrated. Upon further inspection, it appears that the PO siliconed the DISA to the intake and used super glue to support a cracked/broken flapper support. I suppose a DISA gold is now in my future...

That does suck - the things some people do. :facepalm If you already have the GAS DISA rebuild kit, why not find yourself another DISA valve and rebuild that, rather than pay the big bucks for the DISA gold?
Wow. Glad you got it all out (I see the pin in the pic). Gold may be you quickest option.
