I really really hate stubborn FSRs!
Stripped passenger door to bare metal. Welded/smoothed the five trim holes to eliminate the trim. And welded up a small hole on A pillar from an antenna not meant for the car at some point.

Three things left to weld. Two braces that triangulate the front frame rails to the unibody. The frame rails were only meant to handle about 130 or less hp and 110 or less tqs. I am looking to triple that (250hp and at least 200tqs at wheels)

Found a decent deal on a euro section 1. Pulled trigger. Now I need to map out some time to install everything once it arrives.
Just painted the raised areas on the oil cap for the S14

Finally got the stubborn FSR out of its hole and replaced it with a new one. Unfortunately damaged the RF blower actuator which sits next to the harness. Guess I'm ordering a new one.
