Divorce forced sale of Porsche back in 2007. I have been with BMWs ever since. The ///M is my 2nd and my ZHP is my 3rd BMW. Not sure what you're talking about being loaded Jay... ;)

Haha I hear ya. Although most days I think I would come out ahead financially if I were in that situation...

Ugh. I realized on my way home from picking my ZHP up that mine looked like 5 year plan old balls. I hate to even ask what those things are going for... so I won't, and I'll just plan to recover.

The best thing to do is just live well and enjoy life. It kills my ex whenever she sees me rolling in my ///M....she has seen both of my BMWs and it drives her nuts that I'm having so much fun modding both cars, going on trips (to Hawaii), and going on long distance road trips (reunion meets) all the while enjoying myself. That's the secret to a good life in my book. Just live well :thumbsup

What did you use to refinish them?

ECS sells the replacement part, pretty sure he went that route.

Nothing really. Maybe a bit of pickup in the mid range but I would bet it is just a placebo effect. It sounds pretty good but I wish it were louder!

+1. Just live and enjoy. Eat, drink, make merry. Life's too short. Heck...if you can...stay single.

Yeah maybe... But have kids and be in their lives. I wouldn't trade my life for all the cars in the world. :)

What did I do for my ZHP today?

Ordered black kidneys!

The BSW speakers do sound more crisp ill give them that for sure. They look very high quality, and I have no doubt that they will last the life of the car compared to the factory paper speakers. I really liked my alpine setup in my old car, it was outstanding, I was used to that setup. However, the BSW speakers sound just right for this car, im not looking to do anything crazy, I just want good sound and quality speakers and they fulfill my desire.
