2002 is looking great JP.

I'd bashed the lower valance and have jsut gotten it back from my body man. Looks okay, yes. Mine since new, 10/23/03 with 103k miles.[ATTACH]5902

Hermes, I have to ask in my ignorance. I keep seeing you say 2002, I know that's not a YEAR 2002 so what does that number designation mean?

technically it's a 2000/02 but everybody calls them (including whats on the badge) 2002

2000 is the engine displacement (1990cc)
/02 meant 2 doors

There was a 2000 (4dr) but those are fairly rare in the US. To give you another idea it's replacement was the first 3 series, specifically the 320i
