Interesting. I might have to "PA Soft" try this!

The only thing is most people (including thieves) ignore car alarms. It might reduce the amount if time they are looking thru all your belongings inside the car.

Yup that's all I hope it does. Reduce their lurking time. LOL. Car alarms are mostly after the fact they've been damaged or violated.

I found out that I need a new water pump. I have a receipt showing it was changed 19k miles ago to the tune of $302! I've successfully completed the Valve Cover Gasket, entire CCV system, FCAB and now I'll be doing the cooling system minus the expansion tank and radiator (changed 9k ago). Then I get to address the oil leak from the rear main and oil pan.................sure am missing my IS300 right about now. :(

I thought i had a rear main seal leak too but ended up being the oil pan gasket. Not a bad DIY job.

I added a grom audio BT3 to my car for some iPod connectivity. Really nice to have my music back and I can control a lot of it from my steering wheel. This 16:9 nav is kind of a pain. Still need to route it from my trunk to the center console though

New upper intake boot and F connector. Old was had four huge tears in it. The poor car was stalling when coming to a stop and sounded like it had a huge cam when cold at idle.
