Waaay too hot and muggy to work on anything outside starting last Friday and onto the weekend. Inside was also too hot. I have a trust fund and accepting donations to install A/C to my house. Temperatures should show some im provement this coming week.......
I had no idea it got "hot and muggy" in San Diego! I thought it was beautiful there all the time! I've only been there in November and it was gorgeous.
It was hot and muggy in Iowa for a lot of June, July, and August... So, we moved to Utah. We're so thrilled - I wish we would have done it sooner. It's the high desert, so it certainly gets hot in July and August, but it's very dry, so as long as you're not in direct sun, it's not bad at all. Gets a little toasty later afternoon, but I can be back outside doing projects after 7 and it's totally comfortable - even in the high-80's. Love it!
SC
got the tags done and drove her for the first time in a month and a half yesterday. will be doing some small prep items over the next two days to get ready for a trip to Atlanta for the Louisville/Auburn football game at the Georgia dome to open football season.
I visited Salt Lake City in June as part of my trip through Canyonlands and Arches national parks and I absolutely loved the place. The geographical features were stunning, especially when I was driving from SLC to the Bonneville flats. The vast flats and the mountains in the distance were just something out of a painting! You are lucky to be living in Utah :)
