What did you do for your ZHP/ BMW / MINI today? #2

Dropped her off at my indy for some significant maintenance.. Inspection II, including all fluids (except oil, done just last week), plugs, all filters including fuel filter, new water pump, thermostat, thermostat housing. Currently at 81k miles. Plugs have apparently never been changed. Last major service was when I bought her 3 years ago, at 52k miles. At that time, I refreshed the entire suspension, front brakes, A- and C-pillars, replaced DISA with DISA Gold from G.A.S. She'll be solid for a long time after this visit.

Hobbled out and installed new Icon blades (one of the few DIYs I can do in my present condition!). -thanks for sending the rain Vas!

Insurance quote?

I took the ZHP for a spin at lunch time. I was driving on front of a High School and two male students were leaving the parking lot in an older BMW (5 series, early 2000 model). The driver punched the gas as soon as they hit the street and quickly passed me only to stop one block down the road at the red light.

I planned to give them a thumbs up (fellow BMW drivers), but after seeing this I just ignored them.
