I've got some silicone hoses as well. Let me know and we'll have a DIY day to install them if you want.
I had those in my zhp. They were awesome. I see they are still very proud of them! Expensive for what they are, but the eye candy in the bay is nice....
Replaced DISA with Dorman DISA. The Dorman is identical to OE. I can't tell the difference at all.
This was my old DISA:

Notice that the pin is gone. It was loose and could come right out with ease when I got the DISA out.
Don't worry about the pin falling into the intake if your DISA is broken. It can't happen. It sits flush with the back of the manifold. The flap can't get sucked in, either. The pin will hold it in.
Misfiring is all gone now. Much, much smoother idle, and the 4100 RPM dip is either gone or not noticeable. I'm going to do the intake boots and clean the ICV as soon as those come in. Lower intake boot has a crack at the elbow of the ICV, which explains the lean condition.
With Bruce's help (he actually did most of the work), I changed the FCABs. The certified mechanic wanted to charge $557. It ended up costing me $165 for parts and a couple of 6-packs of German beer. I learned a lot today. Gracias Bruce. I hope you enjoy the bier.
