Snow blowing took more out of me than I thought. Surgery Monday at noon. 2-4 days on crutch/cane. Should be able to deal with kids following week

Very deep meniscus tear in the white zone. (Means little blood flow for self recovery). Has to be removed. ACL should heal on its own.

And the tumor in my femur is 99% certain benign

No, remove the entire intake manifold. It's like ten 11mm bolts. It will move out of the way enough to have full access to the starter. Leave throttlebody and elbow hose attached. Remove maf and airbox.

Hope it goes well. I'm still doing PT 2x/week. On the exercise bike right now...

They are going to remove just the tear, right?
The picture they showed me post op, looked like crab meat. They just trimmed that off and sent me on my way. I was up and about quickly but it was a while before I could fully bend my knee, if I remember right...
