What I'm saying about the Weisslicht bulbs is that they are shouldn't be the cause of the hyperflash. On their own, in a fully functional system, they will not hyperflash due to the built-in electronics. It would help if a link was posted to the bulbs so I can make sure they're the ones I'm thinking of (Weisslicht Spektrum).
My recommendation is to put the stock incandescent bulbs in both the front and the back just to rule it out. If it still hyperflashes, you have a hardware issue somewhere. For the front, try to swap the bulb holders left to right and see if it resolves the front; I believe they are interchangeable. For the rear, check your bulb carrier for any corrosion or anything that looks out of the ordinary. Has the tail light ground recall been performed? If not, get that done. You can also try a different bulb carrier from perhaps a friend's car. Try to unplug the battery - unplug it for a while, 10-15 minutes, and plug it back in.
