I did a g.a.s rebuild on a non bmw disa valve and it was not simple. Had to modify the housing for the kit to work.
If you have a OE BMW disa, rebuild that unit.
Not sure what to suggest about the iacv. Just pull harder or maybe pry it out ?

A busy bee today. Replaced the RSMs and RTABs, and both camshaft position sensors on my 03 ZSP. 250,689 miles.

Dude, I was multi-tasking like a champ. My phone can be quiet an entire day when I have nothing scheduled. As soon as I get under a car, texts from you, Michelle, among others wouldn't stop. Popping out RTABs in between texts and sips of iced coffee can be very cathartic.
My 2003 has a new spring in its step with new CPS and much better footing with new rear suspension bits. I took extra liberties with Title 14 today.Quote:
