I did a g.a.s rebuild on a non bmw disa valve and it was not simple. Had to modify the housing for the kit to work.
If you have a OE BMW disa, rebuild that unit.
Not sure what to suggest about the iacv. Just pull harder or maybe pry it out ?

Thanks for the tips. I guess I was doing everything right, except maybe lacking in the muscle dept. :) I will give it a shot later in the summer again...with more power :)Quote:

Dude, I was multi-tasking like a champ. My phone can be quiet an entire day when I have nothing scheduled. As soon as I get under a car, texts from you, Michelle, among others wouldn't stop. Popping out RTABs in between texts and sips of iced coffee can be very cathartic.Quote:
