very nice Steve
I washed 3 ZHP tonight! Got home from work had a beer and dinner, then went out and washed the car.
Got a love it, it’s January, 11 at 6:30 pm on the far east side of the central time zone and darkness has set in. My home is located at the end of a dead end street with wooded lots to the garage side and a neighbor’s house set beyond a wooded buffer on the opposite side. Add to this, being on top of a heavily wooded hill with no street lights that overlooks the lake a few doors down. Besides the 6 spots on the front of my house, 4 porch flood lights and 2 outside garage lights, I can see the ambiance of the neighbor’s dim garage lights, a single porch light peering over the top of the ridge a few doors down and the bright florescent tubes on the front of the Dock Side Market glaring through the woods on the road that runs through the holler to the boat launch behind my house. There’s not a sound to be heard and I’m more than comfortable in my raged sweatshirt with the temp hovering at 65 degrees. I finish washing her and pull her in the garage to dry her off under the 8 tube lights in the ceiling. It just doesn’t get any better than this. Gota Love Tennessee.
Finally got the car back from the shade-tree mechanic (intake boots, G.A.S. gold disa, and new strut mount on front, driver-side). Awesome weather so I roll down the windows. Get to restaurant and the passenger side window will not roll up, and then the dreaded "pop" of the regulator going out. So I picked up a regulator at the parts store and headed back to the shade-tree to have him put it in. Lighting is horrible at my apartment and I did not want to leave it with a window down over night (I replaced it a year ago, but in broad daylight). So after $150 for parts and labor, I now have a working window again.
I have all the parts now...
I am determined to drive her tonight...

Well, I forgot to pull something off my old radiator... missing a part that connects the tranny oil cooler to the train station so I'm not gonna finish tonight. All I have left is that piece, put in expansion tank/upper hose/fan/shroud/asst plastic crap, and lastly fill/bleed.

I put my front Hotchkis sway bar on the middle setting and the rear one on the stiffest. Car feels much better now. Also tried tracking down why my headlight won't work. Not the bulb or wiring outside the headlight so tomorrow I'm going to check the ignitor.
Also rigged this up to work as my under-hood light! Works very well and very bright! It's an old light board from my dad's office that he said I could have a couple years ago and I just rigged it up to the organizing racks on the wall for the pool equipment with some bungee cords
