I really need to learn how to shoot with the sun in the lens...any help from the pro's?

change your composition so the sun is behind the trees or partially blocked by the building. it helps diffuse the light.

also expose for whats in front of you, not the sun. you can tell you had to use fill light or dodge the buildings to not be black.
you'll blow out the sky but thats kinda the cool effect.

if you expose for the sun everything else will be super underexposed.
