I will have my coding laptop with me and can do the following:
- Code E46, E9X, 1-series options
- Flash E9X DMEs (possibly 1-series as well)
- N55 vehicles: Flash BMW Performance Power Kit v2
If anyone has any other models that they would like me to do, or if you would like a DME update, send me a PM and I'll make sure that I have the right files ready. Or...you can ask BP :) He definitely has E46 files!
Got the "Group Room Reservation Agreement" from the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tullahoma yesterday.
I still haven't signed it and I'm looking for discussions on the details.

Individual room reservations must be made before the release date of
09/14/2016
Cut off Deadline
After the group cut-off date of 09/14/2016, reservations will be made based on availability, and will be offered at the regular nightly rate.
Room rate is subject to tax

A credit card is required to secure your reservation.
Guest must cancel reservation 24 hour in advance to avoid (1) night room and tax.
CANCELLATION POLICY Group Reservations for the entire group block requires a 21 day cancellation notice. Cancellations for the entire group block made within 21 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 50% charge of all blocked guest rooms ( Room and Tax). Cancellations made for the entire group block within 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 75% charge of all blocked guest rooms ( Room and Tax). Cancellations for the entire group block made within 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 100% charge of all blocked guest rooms ( Room and Tax). All cancellations must be submited by written form to the sales department.

Yes that's checking out on 1/2/16 and the rate is for each night.

I'm totally down for that... but I'd plan on checking out on the 3rd. I wonder if they'd extend that one room for me...

Called - they can't take group reservations on the weekend, so I have to call back on Monday. I did reserve a room for Sunday night though so I could get some sleep before driving home the next day, so if I do manage a room at the group rate, I'm willing to take on a roommate if someone wants a cheaper way to stay at the hotel! Split halfsies of course. :)
