I want those...nice job!
They look so much better than the "80's style" clunky/chunky OEM mirrors with those ridiculous "aerodynamic" ridges on top.
Did you have to have them painted to match or can you get them already painted?

Agreed, the coupe/vert elephant ears, I mean mirrors, are ridiculous. For comparison, they are ~2" wider than the wing mirrors on my X3, and about the same height.
To answer your question, you can easily obtain TiAg M3 mirrors and they'll bolt right up (minor internal modification, but nothing bad). The M3 mirrors have body colored bases, so that'd be the only part needing paintwork IF you wanted to keep the ZHP look. Personally I prefer the black bases.
leave me alone lol
im genuinely curious if he bought them like that, did them himself or what... usually people dont just go "i got M3 mirrors" since even on coupes the motor has to be swapped and he was way too nonchalant about it... "got M3 mirrors"
i have 5 pairs i'm working on now and need to unload them soon so im hoping to get some feedback on how much he paid so I dont price myself out or under price myself.
For my M3 mirrors, I bought them from someone who was parting out mods from his car... they are OEM M3 Mirrors that he did the ribbon cable work on for his 330 Vert. Thanks for the compliments.
For the AE's, I got Umnitza's, but they are a couple of versions past mine now, I think they are at V4 if I'm not mistaken.
Replaced my damaged and scratched trunk roundel with a new one.
Replaced my rusted license plate bracket with a new one with brass pieces to resist future rusting.
Replaced wiper blades.
Tried to do a full brake job - rotors, pads, sensors and fluid flush. First rotor retaining screw had other ideas. Hours later I'm at a shop trying to get them to get It out. I tried everything except a torch because I don't have one.
Stupid screw isn't even necessary.
Will get the rest done later.

And once it's drilled out you can just put it all back together without that screw and get one later. You have 5 wheel bolts holding everything on. Haha
