We have a winner and it is The Finance Guy! The photo has numerous cell phone towers AND also what appears to be a Forestry Services observation tower.
Say, were these photos taken in the Berkshires somewhere in Western Mass? I lived in Western CT eons ago and judging by the MA dealer info sticker on the white car am assuming this is a tall hill/mountain in western MA. Nice looking Imola Red sedan, too!

And yes, that is a forestry tower, and a bunch of cell towers. Has an observation deck too.
