Damn son.
it was a hard toss up.. i was either going to go Turbo, Velocity stack kit or this..
turbo would have forced my hand to spend even more money than I wanted to.
Velocity stacks are nice and pretty but the heat soak solution is not easy and it interferes with the cabin air filter
this setup forces me to stay all motor and it looks pretty too under the hood. I feel like this is the box that should have came from the factory.. well i mean the CSL did.
I see Terra posts regularly on the M3forum since hes a MOD and hes actually converted over to a FULL CSL airbox with the OEM flapper and CSL software and custom H bridged DME to run the Flapper stepper motor for the airbox.. those guys mean business over there.
I would love to make a video of the car to put on youtube but I dont know how to do it with out being way too cheesy hah.
Nothing fancy, just vacuumed out the car and carpets and swapped the carpets for all weather mats.
Rounds 2 has come. Replaced this:

I got it on ebay. The symbol is smaller. I'm not sure if BMW changed it or this is a knock-off. Wrong part # :dunno It seems okay.
I also found this on the tire. I had this same tire repaired a few weeks ago. This one doesn't seem to have pierced through.

Then I vacuumed the driver's side mat, and topped up fluids.
Got my second speeding ticket yesterday while i was lost in Wisconsin, 83 in a 70 on route 30. Bums me out, i was with the flow of traffic but i cut into the left lane and saw the sheriff on the shoulder four lanes over. Knew he was coming for me so i accepted my fate and pulled all the way into the right lane for him to pull me over. Really nice guy, gave me directions and all, but also gave me a fat $200 ticket. I’ve talked to a few people about it and they recommend fighting it so that it doesn’t stay on my record, insurance is high enough as it is.

This. But I ran detectors for years, so I can’t say much.
Anyway, yes it’s worth paying an attorney. It will obviously cost you more than the $200 citation, but it’s usually cheaper in the long run. The court will 99% guaranteed reduce a +13 on the highway to +9 (or ‘improper equipment’ is another popular one) just for showing up. You’ll get about 25 letters from attorneys local to where it happened. I wouldn’t spend more than 15 minutes researching the ones who send you solicitations, because in the grand scheme of things it’s just such a minor infraction. Anything +9 or less doesn’t impact insurance. Expect to pay $50-100 for the legal fees depending on location (e.g. my first attorney cost $125 in the largest city in my state, the second attorney cost $40 in the 5th largest city in the state).
