I used a flat head screw driver to help apply some leverage to pop them off.

Parts used:

1) 3/8" tubing
2) 10mm metric screw (length does not matter)
3) Clamp (forget the size)

All parts were obtained from Home depot. Hopefully this will take care of the ever recurring headlamp washer leak for good.

Oof, and that’s from Florida. Imagine trying to pull the wipers on the Canadian rust bucket.

Maybe Florida is the problem. Mine worked fine with the puller. They probably would've worked without it.

Or yours will disintegrate

Yeah I read a lot about people being able to wiggle them off and sometimes pry them but definitely get them off with a gear puller. God hath forsaken me.
