What endlinks are on your anti-roll bar? I have spherical rod ends, and they 'creak' when not lubed. The anti-roll bar bushings also creak if not lubed well.

Use a Teflon or silicone based lube on the poly bushings. Aladdin magic lube comes in both Teflon and silicone. The silicone based is super sticky. Yes you'll see it's for pool equipment but I've been using it since the 80's for everything where you don't want to use a petroleum based lubricant. Any lube that can survive in chlorinated water is going to be good stuff...
I disconnected the sway bar, no change. In fact it may have gotten more frequent. I reinstalled the links and lubricated the bushings just to be safe.
Checked the torque on the strut nuts just to confirm the tightness.
Popped the cap off the nut area and I’m 99% sure i found the culprit.
Photo doesn’t do it justice but both sides have metal shavings in the bearing area

Called Vorshlag and ordered a set of Oe style perches for the camber plates i got off another forum.
So we will see if the noise goes away in about a week or two.
Oh you're the one that got those... Good deal!
Camber plates are in! The front feels very well planted now that there is no rubber in the front suspension.

Ride home was noise free, right up until I turned into my neighborhood.
I’m gonna do as some of you guys have mentioned and pull the fcabs back out and re lube them. I’ll be picking up a synthetic / water proof grease in the morning, not sure what’s in the generic wheel bearing grease at work...

Millennial falcon?
Yeah, a co-worker/friend/the guy who trained me has decided that’s what he’s gonna call it. He also has a vinyl cutter. He was lobbying for that sticker to go on for some time. So I found a place for it.
Forgot about this as well,

Purchased an oil pan off eBay and had a coworker weld in an Achilles baffle.
Can’t wait to install it one night next week.

weird. yeah, i'm going to be doing the same this weekend - even the camber plates!
nice that you've got some more caster dialed in. i'm excited to dial in a lot more, currently at 4.6º, which is under spec (factory range is 5.5º to 6.5º, if i remember correctly).
Nice oil pan baffle... I have the VAC version of that... looks like you're running Bimmerbrakes Gen 3 headers?
