I reconditioned my steering wheel! Using the Leather Master Foam Cleaner, a microfiber towel, and a lint razor, she went from nasty to gorgeous.

I really thought a ton of material had worn away; it turns out it was just matted down and caked with the grime of years' worth of hand contact. The cleaner was very effective at releasing the grime, and the microfiber towel did a great job of unmatting the fibers. I might make another pass soon, but it already looks and feels much better than it did when I first got the car. That Leather Masters product gets two thumbs up from me :applause
Washed as I do about 5 days a week! haha
Ordered some Orion angel eyes though!
also threw in a set of plugs and relocated the aux jack for the radio
Replaced my serpentine belt tensioner pulley as part of my epicly long project in replacing pulleys, because I learn new things about my pulleys every time I work on them.
I found out my serpentine belt pulley is hydraulic, while my A/C tensioner is mechanical :scratchinghead
I spent a buncha time trying to figure out where in the world I get the pulley for my A/C tensioner, and eventually found that it is Dayco Part # 89133. It's made by INA and sold by Dayco, so it's definitely of OEM-quality.
It's also sold at Advance AutoParts for $39.99! But I found it on RockAuto for $21 shipped. I'd rather wait and save $20 :) So I'll be doing that as soon as it arrives. Then I'll finally be all done with my pulley/belt replacement and can feel confident that my belts won't be snapping any time soon.
Also, I've got an extra hydraulic pulley as a result of my error. It's brand-new from the OEM, INA. I'll sell it to anyone for $15 + shipping :D PM me. It's $21 + shipping on ECS tuning.
Then after doing that, I cleaned the interior with Armor All Natural Finish wipes and vacuumed. I must say, this is the BEST ArmorAll product I've ever used. It really brings out the color in the dash materials without leaving any greasy residue that always seems to pick up dust. It literally looks brand-new once you are done applying it and wiping with with a microfiber cloth. It's hard to describe - it's like if ArmorAll did exactly what you wanted it to do minus all the crap that you don't want it to do (i.e. attract dust and look way too shiny).
There is no hydraulic upgrade for the ac loop...only hydraulic upgrade is the one you found. I'm always learning as well..
I will take the hydraulic pulley off your hands.
Droid + Tapatalk = FTW!
I washed her and then accidently put down my windows, they got wet, I got annoyed, I cleaned the windows again, repeat twice...
I've been testing myself to see how long I can go without washing it..
So far I think I'm on 4 days. It's completely filthy and it's driving me nuts. I haven't really had time though to wash it, so i'll probably do it tomorrow morning after my final.
