Hmm... Come to think of it, I remember wondering where the click was... I'll have to get the PN off the box.
What's the issue/advantage of one over the other
The design changed on how the ignition grips the tip of the spark-plug. Don't think there is any advantage to the design changeQuote:

Reinstalled my front subframe brace. Overcame my cheapskate ways and used new screws as recommended. Torqued per specification--43.5 lb-ft + 90 degree turn + 30 degree turn, and that made me realize I wouldn't want to re-use the old screws after what felt like a crazy amount of plastic deformation--in fact, I'm amazed steel can stretch so much without snapping. Of course, once plastically deformed, it's much more likely they will snap if subjected to subsequent forces--as many people have found out.
