There isn't a bumper on the car right now. If I separated them and attached the bumper bar it might be legal, but it physically cannot start now, she's been under the knife for a DME swap for the meantime.

If the bumper is off, meaning the bumper COVER, it's fine, yes. But he doesn't have his front reinforcement on. If he were to get into an accident, what is stop his car from having its front end absolutely destroyed?Quote:
