Official Photo of the Day (Potentially NSFW) -- NO CARS

OK, here's part of the video of my dad the morning of the B2 launch. This is from an old VHS video, recorded onto the computer, then converted, so it's not good quality. Also, the recording s/w isn't working right so it has a company title as a watermark, plus it cuts off at the end, but you get the gist. First up is a CBS morning show and I don't even know who that anchor is, then the Today Show, with Deborah Norville sitting in that day for Bryant Gumbel (at the 3:36 mark). It's funny hearing all the references to the Soviet Union and "deterrent", memorandums from the Cold War.

Yah, thanks. He was running AFSC at the time so technically it was "his" project (even though there were thousands who worked on it over the years), so it was cool they let him do the talking.

I just got the video software working so I'll try a better version of the video, maybe tomorrow.

Your dad ended the cold war. Now I can rock my CCCP t shirt nostalgically.
