there is a trade-off to having an awesome sounding stereo system but my ///M is a fun "weekend" car so the trade-off doesn't bother me too much :thumbsup

there's a short somewhere in the amp. Every time I try to hook it back to the stereo system I blow the 4 30amp fuses on the amp

Those alpine R subs are the only ones I will ever buy. Love them, had'em in a few cars.

yeah, they put out an impressive deep bass and punch! :thumbsup

I've always gone with 10 inch subs because of that exact reason, put that in the right box and they hit hard

exactly! :thumbsup There are a few members here who have heard my setup in person... all were impressed with the sound output and quality. Kyle is the "car stereo whisperer" ;)

My replacement amp for my M3's subwoofer arrived this afternoon :) I have all winter to install this :)
