Arrived home 9:30, 2 packages waiting: (1) from BMW dealer, interior rear panel that had a broken latch is now replaced and a micro filter box to firewall snorkel that was busted has also been replaced; (2) front S&D rotors for my 540, shipper forgot them in my earlier shipment and then took 11 days to get them to me, customer service obviously not their strong point, ugh.
Good luck with the rework. I have to get ours back to the body shop to fix a hood spray. We collected a rock chip that the shop assured us could be touched up. Needless to say it did not come out well and they wound up painting the hood. I had thought for a long time that the color was off, but this weekend a friend noticed the difference. We have had other work done at this shop and been happy. Apparently body shops are like the stock market - past performance is no guarantee of future returns.Quote:
