What did you do for your ZHP/ BMW / MINI today? #2

Today was an attempt to reactivate the failed headliner adhesive with steam. That process did not work. Checking the exposed C pillars, there doesn’t appear to be any adhesive left.

Next step at some point in the distant time, I will have all of it redone professionally at a high cost.

Owned my car for almost 8 years and just found out my LCM is SW 3.6. After driving so many rental cars for work, triple blink is the one thing I missed - going to be coding that soon, my 13 year old coding laptop is charging from a dead battery :rofl

Edit: Argh jumped the gun, only 4.0+ can be coded easily. 3.6 needs to be flashed: https://www.e46fanatics.com/threads/...tware.1250073/ :(

You can flash software version 4.0, 4.5 or 4.6 on the LCM. I have 4.6 on my ZHP's LCM and 4.5 on my M3's LCM.

Yeah, but it requires buying that programmer and taking apart the LCM to solder to the board... not worth it to me and I'm also too lazy haha

Changed engine oil, engine air filter, and cabin air filter.

Engine feels slightly smoother - maybe psychosomatic lol.

Haha! I love the clean windshield (especially the inside).

Just added another 10 years to the life of my eurotray. Original cover broke over the summer, but was waiting to compile a small list of things to buy before ordering.
