I love my mixed leather/perforated leather steering wheel, but seeing a clean alcantara wheel does make me want to switch from time to time.
Cool groups shots and interior shots!

Love the shots of the wheel

Thanks :biggrin The interior has some interesting things to look at.
Also, that fresh alcantara does feel and look good.
"imola sunrise."
i need to take this thing out for a rip today. it's been almost a week! :eeps
Nice
Doesn't leaving the wipers like that stretch out the springs?
Great pictures!
Been practicing my color-grading lately and this is what I've come up with so far, let me know what you guys think! It's really making me want to take more photos which is always a bonus, more photos means you're becoming a better photographer(granted these are old pictures but will be working on more recent ones soon)
(Last picture's original is in my signature)

I have been getting more into photography recently too. It's quickly becoming quite addictive lol. For me personally I like photos where it's not obvious that they've been edited, I think tools like Lightroom need to be used to enhance the image but not change it completely, but that's just me. Coming to the gear I have -
Nikon D5000 (quite a bit old, waiting for Nikon to release the D7300)
18-55 mm kit lens
Nikkor 50mm f1.8
Tokina 11-16 f2.8
Looking at buying the sigma 18-35 f1.8 next

The Nikkor 50/1.8 is the best lens money can buy. Nikon's f/1.8 glass is so sharp it makes the f/1.4 stuff a total waste of money (opposite is true for Canon).
I have a rather extensive background in photography, and I'm a total snob about full frame and prime lenses [emoji15]

I know right? The images from the 1.8 are unbelievably sharp. I mean for about $200 it's the best lens you can buy as you said.
I did think about getting a full frame next but decided to get D7300 (yes Nikon I'm waiting!) or a D500 (if I get a good deal) because I think the prices of the full frame lens are hard for me to justify... I wish all of them were as cheap as he 50mm lol

Damn, is it that expensive now? I paid $75 with employee pricing back around 2006.
I've had a D700 since about 2 months before they were released. D50, D70s, D90 before, and I could never go back to a DX sensor.

Since we're on equipment here's a picture of the a6000 with the adapter and Minolta lens

I didn't want to spend too much on newer lenses since I don't shoot often enough to justify the cost. I've done some test shots including the interior shots. Can't complain for the price. Though since my camera is APS-C, I'm missing a bit of usability. The choices below 50mm get slimmer and $$$ for the legacy lenses.
"rip" completed. MAN i love this car. it just feels better and better the harder you push it. i have a little less rubber on the rear meats now. ;)
i don't have a background in photography, and i kind of suck at taking pictures, but i absolutely love my nikkor 35mm f/1.8. it's so bright, and so fast, and so sharp. my wife hates it. she'd prefer to sit and zoom. however, she takes amazing pictures.
