Sedan for sure.

Worked like a charm! Sorry, no pictures, it was very difficult to get good pictures of the hard water spots and such. I tried rubbing compound before and had no luck, but ScratchX did the trick. You really gotta put some elbow grease into it. When you're done, your trim looks amazing!Quote:

SUBJECT
Discoloration of Shadowline Trim
MODEL
E46 (3 Series), E60, E61 (5 Series), E64 (6 Series), E65, E66 (7 Series), E83 (X3), E53 ( X5) Equipped with Shadowline exterior trim
SITUATION
The optional glossy black Shadowline exterior trim may become discolored.
CAUSE
Analysis has determined that the discoloration is due to a film deposited on the trim which distorts the light reflecting off the trim. These deposits may come from car washes, hard water, or other environmental conditions.
CORRECTION
Deposits that cause the discoloration can be easily removed by polishing with a quality swirl removing polish, such as Meguiars #9.
Good info, thanks!
I'm gonna need to try that
I think it's because he doesn't have his headlight lenses on.. lol
I remember my AE's and low beams were amazing until I put my old lenses back on.
I have a new lighting project for after christmas though :D
Dane, I used M205 and it worked pretty well on my trim. I even PC'ed the pillar ones and they came out near perfect
OK...thanks Nike.
