Yes fully functional on all Windows machines as long as the correct drivers are used.
Is it possible that I have an alarm on my car but it's just not activated? I don't think my car has an alarm, but I'm just wondering if anything happens if I activate the alarm on the PA Soft, but I don't have one on the car. Hopefully that makes sense.
