It all depends on how deep the scratches are....if the scratches are light then most likely you will be able to detail them all out. I had some very light scratches on the strut bar I got from Bruce....nothing major and I was able to detail them out using the 3M rubbing compound. The surface is like liquid glass and velvety smooth now....absolute perfection :)

Somebody near Gaithersburg, MD should go check this out to verify if this is legit seeing the seller was clueless....would be nice to know if it's worth pulling the trigger for this piece...for someone else obviously....I already have too many Performance strut bars in my garage ;)
What about the hardware? Buying this would be useless without hardware , unless u can buy some. Somewhere
