Is the sound insulation liner for the hood part number 51488193941?
It looks very complex compared to what's on my car is why I ask.
Also- the expanding rivets used in the center of this part: are they reusable?

Not sure about the liner. Can't get a pic to come up on my phone.
Those plastic rivets are reusable if you can get them out cleanly...
Thanks, folks. My liner had shrunk quite a bit and then I cut off two of the mounting tabs, trimming it back to clear a strut tower brace. I think 51488193941 has to be the part, and I'll order up some rivets.
Anyone know where to get good quality tint it small amounts? I don't want to pay the $150-225 for my windshield that I have been quoted. Rather just do it myself. I've tried buying from shops here but they always try telling me they don't charge much for labor and can maybe take $20 off if they don't cut and install. :lol

Looks like the bolts that hold on the front LCAB
If the part number is 31306779487 as shown on the bag, it's the front strut mount bolt, #4 in this diagram:
